WPPC Wawa Dam OTS Winners

WPPC Wawa Dam OTS

The WPPC hit the road last May 20, 2014 for an On The Spot (OTS) shoot at the Wawa Dam in Rodriguez, Rizal. The OTS featured models to be photographed by the WPPC members featuring works of San Pablo City's premiere couturier, Louie Pangilinan.
